Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead our agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The successful candidate will guide the Scrum process and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and coach teams on the Scrum framework, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, reporting on progress to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Promote a team-oriented environment and motivate team members.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within the team to maintain a healthy team dynamic.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans detailing scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Agile certifications preferred (e.g., CSM, PSM)
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing technology projects in an agile environment
