Job Description

Join us as a Command and Control Center Officer where your leadership and logistical acumen will facilitate the transport of personnel and materials. You will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational readiness and compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Operations and other departments.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on logistics management and operational protocols.
• Implement improvements in logistical processes to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare reports on air mobility and logistics performance metrics.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align operational goals with organizational objectives.
• Ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary tools and information to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation, or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Aviation Management is preferred

Experience

• At least 10 years in air mobility logistics and operations management

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination
• Knowledge of Safety Regulations

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Remote Logistics Operations: Experience working in remote or hostile logistics environments.
• Master's Degree in a Relevant Field: A Master's degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, or related field is a significant advantage.
