Job Description

As an Automobile Club Information Clerk, you will play an essential role in delivering top-notch customer service to members. Your primary responsibility will involve responding to inquiries and providing accurate information regarding a variety of automobile-related services including roadside assistance and membership benefits. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that each member's experience is seamless and satisfactory.

Responsibilities

  • Assist members with direct enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Ensure records are accurately maintained and updated.
  • Help in processing new memberships and renewals.
  • Liaise with service providers for road assistance.
  • Handle and prepare travel-related documents.
  • Engage potential members by explaining benefits and features.
  • Manage payment transactions for all services.
  • Carry out administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Team up with various departments to provide integrated service.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service training or relevant certification preferred
Experience
