Job Description

Join our team as a Food Science Technician. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of malt production by assisting with specifications and quality control measures. Your analytical skills will contribute to improving production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine laboratory analyses of malt samples including moisture, protein, and color measurements.
  • Record and report all analytical data accurately.
  • Assist with sensory evaluations of malt samples.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in research and development projects as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and ensure laboratory cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
Experience
  • Strong understanding of malt production processes

Languages
  • English: Fluent
