Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automatic Thermostat Assembly Machine Tender to operate and maintain our state-of-the-art assembly machines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Your role will be critical in ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines and ensure they are set up properly for production runs.
• Conduct regular inspections of products for quality assurance.
• Keep records of production output and machine maintenance.
• Provide support to the production team in troubleshooting machine problems.
• Follow all safety procedures to create a safe working environment.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operation and safety standards.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining automatic assembly machines in a manufacturing environment.

Languages
