Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Echuca facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse management, possess strong leadership skills, and be dedicated to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations to meet efficiency and safety goals.
• Supervise inventory audits and ensure accurate stock counts.
• Cultivate a culture of safety and accountability among staff.
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Foster effective communication with vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in developing warehouse operating budgets.
• Engage in strategic planning for incoming shipments and storage.
• Attend management meetings to report warehouse status.
• Ensure prompt resolution of shipping and receiving issues.
• Promote best practices in inventory management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Operations Management
• Post-graduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within a warehouse setting
