Job Description
We are seeking experienced Captains, Mates, and Pilots to navigate and manage our fleet of water vessels. The successful candidates will ensure safe operations, compliance with maritime regulations, and effective crew supervision.
Responsibilities
Lead the vessel navigation and operation.
Ensure the crew adheres to safety procedures and protocols.
Supervise and train deckhands and junior officers.
Maintain navigational equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
Conduct safety drills and develop emergency response plans.
Manage onboard communication with relevant authorities.
Organize cargo handling procedures as per regulations.
Review and update vessel operations manuals and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Certificate of Competency as Officer of the Watch
Relevant maritime qualifications are preferred
Experience
Experience in cargo handling operations and navigation equipment maintenance.
