Job Description

As a Hat Lining Paster, you will play a vital role in our production process by pasting linings onto hats, ensuring standards of craftsmanship are met. Your keen eye for detail and ability to work under pressure will contribute significantly to the quality of our products.

Responsibilities

• Paste linings onto hats using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure a secure fit.
• Ensure quality standards are met for all finished products through thorough checking.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and request additional supplies as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the workplace.
• Collaborate with team members, including the Production and Quality Control Managers, to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any equipment or process issues promptly to the management.
• Train new staff on techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in hat-making or equivalent experience preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in hat lining pasting or a related field
