Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations in Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, staff supervision, and inventory control. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
  • Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing coaching and support.
  • Ensure accurate stock counts and inventory management.
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of service are met.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding of warehouse staff.
  • Maintain equipment and oversee scheduled maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership on operational matters.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
