Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics team in Gold Coast. The successful candidate will manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient processes and optimal inventory management. Experience in logistics and a knack for problem-solving are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all warehouse activities.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely receipt of goods.
  • Manage staff scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits.
  • Develop training programs for new warehouse employees.
  • Establish performance goals and manage staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team on logistics planning.
  • Respond promptly to warehouse inquiries and issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
