Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of rocket motors before testing.
• Implement safety measures during testing to ensure personnel safety.
• Utilise advanced testing software to measure motor performance.
• Compile data for performance analysis and reporting.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss test findings and improvements.
• Document all test procedures for accountability and future reference.
• Mentor junior team members in best testing practices.
• Review and recommend upgrades for testing equipment.
• Participate in workshops to keep skills up to date with technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rocket motor testing or related fields
