Job Description

The Toe Closing Machine Tender is responsible for the operation and maintenance of automated machines in our footwear manufacturing process. This role is crucial for ensuring production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up toe closing machines according to production specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs on machine operations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with the latest machinery and manufacturing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent
• Current forklift license (desirable)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in footwear manufacturing or similar fields
