Responsibilities

  • Implement standardised triage protocols to effectively prioritise care.

  • Recognise and escalate cases that require urgent medical intervention.
  • Document all patient interactions and assessments accurately.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects of care.

  • Assist in monitoring the overall operation of the triage department.
