Responsibilities

• Evaluate automotive systems and components for defects or wear.

• Ensure customer service excellence by providing detailed explanations of repairs and maintenance.
• Perform road tests to ensure repairs have been completed successfully.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Automotive Technology or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working with hybrid or electric vehicles is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools
• Mechanical repair skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
