Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and rehabilitation plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Participate in patient assessment and care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Registered Nursing License in Victoria

Experience

• 1+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred

Certifications

• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
