Job Description

As an RFID Technician, you will manage RFID systems' lifecycle, from installation to maintenance and troubleshooting. Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, making you a critical asset to our technology team.

Responsibilities

• Implement RFID systems in various departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage inventory through RFID technology, optimising stock control.
• Assist in the development and execution of training programs for staff on RFID usage.
• Troubleshoot system errors and work with IT to resolve connectivity issues.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure the sourcing of quality RFID equipment.
• Evaluate new RFID technologies for potential integration into systems.
• Document all processes and maintain updated records of RFID systems.
• Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for system improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field is preferred
• Certifications in RFID technology are advantageous

Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with RFID technologies

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of RFID software platforms (e.g., Impinj)
• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools

Soft Skills

• Teamwork skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent
