Remotely Piloted Vehicle Controller (RPV Controller)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RPV Controller who is skilled in operating and managing drones. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of aviation regulations and be adept at troubleshooting technical issues. Play a key role in our operations by ensuring safety while capturing high-quality aerial data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-flight checks and prepare RPVs for operation.
• Operate RPVs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collect aerial data and ensure data quality during missions.
• Support the analysis and reporting of aerial data to stakeholders.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop training materials for new RPV operators.
• Collaborate with data analysts for integrated operations.
• Implement safety measures to reduce operational risks.
• Report on RPV performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aviation or related field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage

Experience

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience with RPVs or drones

Technical Skills

• GIS Software
• Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Remote Pilot License (RePL)
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
