Responsibilities

• Ensure the ice surface is maintained to safety standards.
• Assist customers with rental skates and provide guidance.
• Keep track of ice resurfacing equipment and schedule maintenance.
• Create an engaging atmosphere for all visitors at the rink.
• Report any issues or hazards to management immediately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance visitor experience.
• Organize promotional events to boost rink attendance.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in first aid or safety management is a plus.

Experience

• 1+ years in customer service or recreational facility roles preferred.
