Engineering Solutions Australia is seeking a proactive and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and a passion for contributing to innovative projects that enhance urban and rural infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
• Prepare engineering calculations and design plans for project submissions.
• Evaluate and recommend new materials and construction techniques.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and interns.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including local government and community members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft Excel

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
