Job Description

The Rubber Mill Tender is responsible for overseeing the production of rubber compounds through the operation of machines and equipment. They ensure the quality and consistency of the compounds produced and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust rubber processing machines as per production schedules.
• Follow and implement quality control guidelines to ensure all products meet industry standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of production metrics and equipment maintenance.
• Support the production team in troubleshooting machinery.
