Production Worker, Ball Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Ball Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling and inspecting balls according to specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and package products in a timely manner.
• Inspect and test products to meet quality assurance criteria.
• Report any defects or issues to the production supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency in production.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Train new staff in assembly procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or certification in manufacturing or related field

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in ball production or related industry preferred

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Quality inspection skills
• Lean manufacturing knowledge

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
