UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are searching for a highly creative UX/UI Designer to join our team in Wollongong. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging user experiences and visually appealing interfaces. You will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Engage with users to understand their needs and behaviours to inform design decisions.
• Create prototypes for testing and presenting design concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align design with business goals.
• Create and maintain design documentation and style guides.
• Assist in mentoring junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate the usability of existing designs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience

Technical Skills

• HTML/CSS
• JavaScript

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Ability to create dynamic and interactive motion graphics to enhance user engagement.
