• Monitor production targets and adjust machine settings as necessary for optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and rectify any faults in the drying machines to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks on dried products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain accurate logs of machine operations and quality control metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Provide input on process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operations and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience operating and maintaining drying machines is a plus

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of food processing

Languages

• English: Fluent
