Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Architectural and Civil Drafter to join our team. The successful candidate will create detailed drawings and plans for various construction projects, collaborating closely with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with building standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Work collaboratively with the project team to deliver projects within deadlines.
• Conduct site visits as needed to document existing conditions and gather measurements.
• Review project plans to identify and rectify potential design issues.
• Support construction teams with technical information and drawings.
• Update and maintain project documentation and drawing files.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design progress.
• Ensure all drawings reflect the latest design changes.
• Support the Senior Architect in developing project concepts.
• Help to mentor junior drafters in the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in drafting within the construction industry

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
