Job Description

We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families. You will provide support and advocacy for clients facing various challenges including mental health issues, domestic violence, and youth services.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering designs and specifications for civil works.
• Evaluate project feasibility and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to local and national standards throughout project lifecycle.
• Support tendering and procurement processes.
• Foster client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

Education

• Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering project management

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• GIS Software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem Solving

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer status

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with tender preparation: Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting tenders for projects.
• Knowledge of land surveying: Basic understanding of surveying principles to assist in site assessments.
