Registered Nurses

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our surgical team. As a critical part of the perioperative process, you will assist surgeons during procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.
• Observe patient vitals and conditions, responding quickly to any changes.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and recovery plans.
• Assist in the training of new nursing staff and interns.
• Ensure all surgical instruments are correctly prepared and sterilized.
• Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and assist in ordering as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Master's degree in Nursing or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years working in an operating room is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Anesthesia equipment
• Electronic medical records (EMR) software

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Crisis Management

Certifications

• Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in critical care nursing: Advanced training in critical care procedures and practices.
• Experience with perioperative nursing: Demonstrated ability in providing patient care before, during, and after surgery.
