We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our surgical team. As a critical part of the perioperative process, you will assist surgeons during procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Responsibilities
Support surgical teams in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient care.
Observe patient vitals and conditions, responding quickly to any changes.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and recovery plans.
Assist in the training of new nursing staff and interns.
Ensure all surgical instruments are correctly prepared and sterilized.
Maintain inventory of surgical supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
Requirements
Education
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Master's degree in Nursing or relevant field is a plus
Experience
At least 3 years working in an operating room is advantageous
