UX Designer

Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Tester at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure our applications meet operational standards. You will engage in the testing lifecycle, document issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our software quality processes and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product teams.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function.
• Conduct concept and usability testing to validate designs.
• Integrate user design principles into each aspect of product development.
• Provide recommendations based on usability and user experience metrics.
• Mentor junior designers and help them grow in their roles.
• Attend design workshops to enhance personal and team skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree is preferable

Experience

• 5 years of experience in UX design industry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with motion design: Proficiency in creating engaging motion graphics for user interfaces.
