Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Leadite Worker to spearhead our team of Leadite Specialists. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage and motivate a dynamic group in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Leadite team.
• Facilitate training and development sessions for team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Establish effective communication channels within the team.
• Work with management to align team objectives with company goals.
• Create a positive team culture focused on collaboration and success.
• Document project outcomes and maintain comprehensive records.
• Engage in regular meetings with stakeholders for project alignment.
• Utilise project management tools to track team progress.
• Solve conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 6+ years of experience managing software projects or teams in a tech environment.

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
