Job Description

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented Janitors and Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include cleaning lodges, restrooms, and common areas, while adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations and delegate tasks as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries related to cleaning.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to ensure standards are met.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve cleaning techniques.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs or issues discovered during cleaning.
• Develop and implement inventory tracking for cleaning supplies.
• Assist in scheduling cleaning tasks and manage time effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial cleaning

Technical Skills

• Cleaning Equipment Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift License: A valid forklift license is a plus for handling large cleaning equipment.
• Previous Hotel Cleaning Experience: Experience in cleaning within the hospitality sector.
