Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Control Expert to manage and oversee our manufacturing processes from start to finish. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance within our operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities and coordinate with various departments.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate new production technologies and suggest improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports on production performance and trends.
• Facilitate communication between production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Assist in resolving production issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production control or a related field

Certifications

• Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
