Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Head Well Puller to lead our team of well pullers in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient removal of well casings, completion tubing, and associated equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the well pulling team, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
  • Plan and coordinate well intervention activities with geologists and engineers.
  • Inspect rig equipment regularly to identify and diagnose faults.
  • Prepare detailed reports on well pulling operations and incidents.
  • Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for new team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline well operations.
  • Utilise industry software for tracking and reporting well activities.
  • Ensure the safe storage and maintenance of well pulling equipment.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Foster a transparent communication environment among team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years in well intervention operations.
