Job Description

As a Truck Body Repairer, you will play a vital role in restoring the functionality and appearance of damaged truck bodies. Your expertise will include assessing damage, performing repairs such as fixing dents and replacing body panels, and preparing surfaces for painting. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality will be essential as you work to ensure that every repair meets industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and categorize various types of body damages.
• Execute rebuilds on truck components as necessary.
• Document repair processes for quality control purposes.
• Enhance workspace safety and cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management for repair materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts and materials.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Automotive Body Repair or equivalent
• Certifications in specialized welding techniques are a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar repair role
