Job Description

As a Service Person, you'll be the frontline representative for our coin, vending, and amusement machine services. This role demands a sharp focus on customer service, technical troubleshooting, and the ability to maintain top-notch equipment functionality. You’ll work with clients to address their needs while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain various funfair and vending machines, ensuring they operate at full capacity.
• Address service requests quickly and efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
• Diagnose technical problems and implement solutions effectively.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology and machine models.
• Assist in setting up and transporting equipment as needed.
• Engage with customers to provide support and education about machine operations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
• Relevant certification in maintenance technology

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in equipment servicing
