Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment of transportation services with client needs and expectations.
• Utilise data analysis to inform decision making and performance improvements.
• Respond promptly to operational issues and stakeholder inquiries.
• Promote a safety-first culture within transportation management.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate operational disruptions.
• Engage in budgeting and resource allocation for transportation projects.
• Report regularly to the COO on program progress and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 7 years in transportation industry with leadership experience.
