Job Description

As a Cribber at Construction Solutions Pty Ltd, you will be essential in setting up and maintaining site crib sheds. This role requires assembling and disassembling scaffolding, erecting structures, and ensuring all tools are well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Site Manager for daily task assignments related to crib operations.
• Conduct safety inspections on tools and scaffolding prior to use.
• Utilise power tools safely and as directed, ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety.
• Assist in emergency response plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during construction activities.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in construction or related fields

Technical Skills

• Safety protocols
• Project management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Valid construction blue card
• First Aid certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience on large construction sites: Previous work on significant construction projects is preferred.
• Certification in scaffolding: Relevant certification in scaffold operation is an advantage.
