Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and clarify project scope and objectives.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights.
• Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on status.
• Utilise various data analysis techniques to evaluate business performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
