We are currently seeking a talented Content Writer to join our Wagga Wagga team. The role involves creating engaging and informative content across various platforms. Ideal candidates will have a knack for storytelling and a strong command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions for identified issues.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Draft and maintain project documentation, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver presentations to management and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks by providing actionable insights.
• Support user acceptance testing and ensure requirements are met.
• Compile and analyse market research to inform strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a BA role or similar

• Advanced Excel
