Job Description

We are currently looking for a Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our dynamic team at ABC Printing Services. In this role, you will operate and maintain screen printing machines, load and unload materials, and ensure the quality of printed products. An ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic, contributing to our mission of delivering top-quality printing services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of all printing processes.
• Effectively communicate with team leads regarding production updates.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and equipment servicing.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Quality inspection
• Machine operation

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Problem-solving

Advantageous

• Understanding of colour theory: Basic knowledge of colour mixing and application in printing.
• Experience with inventory management systems: Proficient in managing stock levels for printing materials.
