Job Description

We are seeking skilled Jewelers and Precious Stone and Metal Workers who can operate and maintain equipment for producing wire and metal products. This role can require both technical aptitude in equipment handling and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery for the production of metal products.
• Monitor the production process and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Train new employees on equipment operation and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and updates.
• Assist in the development of new processes and production techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in industrial machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in operating industrial machinery

Technical Skills

• Machine Operation
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Holds a valid forklift operator certification for safe handling of materials.
• Welding Experience: Experience with metal welding techniques and equipment.
