We are seeking a dedicated Mold Sander to join our manufacturing team in Melbourne. This role focuses on sanding and finishing molds to ensure they meet the highest quality standards required for production tasks. Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and efficiency by performing defect inspections.
• Utilize technical drawings and specifications for accurate sanding.
• Report to the production supervisor findings and recommendations.
• Assist in training newer team members on machine operations.
• Participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Quality control experience
• Operation of manufacturing equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
