Job Description

As a Woodworking Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a critical role in setting up and operating machinery to ensure that production runs smoothly. Your expertise in machine calibration and maintenance will ensure that equipment is aligned with our quality standards. The position requires hands-on experience in woodworking machinery and a keen eye for detail to monitor operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Configure machinery for different wood types and specifications.
• Inspect materials before production to ensure quality.
• Report any safety or equipment issues to management promptly.
• Assist in the training of new staff and help with onboarding.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in woodworking or related field is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in woodworking machine operation

Languages
