Motion Study Analyst

Job Description

As a Motion Study Analyst, your main responsibility will be to analyse and enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will conduct time studies, suggest process improvements, and work with teams to implement effective solutions. Your analysis will play a pivotal role in boosting productivity and reducing waste.

Responsibilities

• Perform time and motion studies and analyze data to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the Quality Control team and Production team to streamline processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to measure the effectiveness of improvements.
• Provide training and support to operators and supervisors on new processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes and standards.
• Identify opportunities for waste reduction and cost minimization.
• Prepare weekly and monthly effectiveness reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role with demonstrated results in process improvement

• Lean Manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
