You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pneumatic tools used in diverse industries. Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on pneumatic tools and repair equipment.
• Interact with customers to provide technical assistance and support.
• Document repair work and update service records effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workshop and adhere to safety regulations.
• Collaborate with service team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Provide feedback for improvements on products and services based on customer interactions.
• Conduct safety checks and risk assessments of the equipment.
• Engage in continuous learning to keep up with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical diploma or higher in mechanical engineering.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
