Join our team as an Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by applying glue to wooden pieces, overseeing machine operations, and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Regularly operate adhesive machinery and maintain its functionality.
• Monitor glue application processes and ensure uniformity.
• Conduct quality checks on adhered pieces prior to packaging.
• Follow safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document production metrics and report to management.
• Assist in training new team members on machinery use and safety.
• Engage in team meetings to identify areas for efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in wood gluing or manufacturing.
