Job Description

We are seeking motivated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality rubber products, ensuring production efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of production machinery.
• Ensure production is within the set timeframes and quality specifications.
• Assist in the development of production plans and schedules.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to junior operators when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification in engineering or manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in machine operation
