We are seeking skilled Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders for our Melbourne facility. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and precision of metal and plastic components, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from machines and ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular checks on machine settings and outputs.
• Report any machinery malfunctions and assist in repairs.
• Implement quality checks at different stages of the production process.
• Document any deviation from standard operating procedures.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workflow and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar qualification.
• Experience in CNC operations is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role within the manufacturing sector.

• CNC Programming
