Appliance Line Assembler

Job Description

As an Appliance Line Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing our diverse range of household appliances. You will ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards and that production deadlines are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Construct and assemble components for products such as refrigerators and microwaves.
• Inspect and test appliances to confirm they meet quality benchmarks.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Contribute to process improvement strategies aimed at reducing waste.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
• Support team goals and contribute to a culture of improvement and efficiency.
• Identify potential hazards and report any safety concerns to supervisors.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualification in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Power Tool Operation
• Lean Manufacturing Principles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift license: Valid forklift operation license is an advantage.
