Hand Finisher

Job Description

The Hand Finisher will be responsible for finishing products using manual techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. This role requires a keen attention to detail and an ability to work with a variety of materials.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
• Continuously monitor and assess the finishing process for improvements.
• Effectively communicate with production staff to facilitate workflow.
• Assist in training new finishers in proper techniques and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Experience with power tools
• Quality control experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment: Previous work experience in similar roles within manufacturing.
