Job Description
The Hand Finisher will be responsible for finishing products using manual techniques to achieve a high-quality finish. This role requires a keen attention to detail and an ability to work with a variety of materials.
Responsibilities
Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality benchmarks.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
Continuously monitor and assess the finishing process for improvements.
Effectively communicate with production staff to facilitate workflow.
Assist in training new finishers in proper techniques and safety practices.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is advantageous.
