As a Geothermal Production Manager, you will oversee the production processes within our geothermal plants. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring operational efficiency while fostering a safe workplace for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production schedules and goals.
• Review and approve maintenance schedules and training plans.
• Ensure production targets are met and maintained.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management.
