You will work collaboratively with various departments to interpret data trends, support decision-making processes, and provide accurate reporting. Responsibilities

• Transform data into strategic insights to support business initiatives.
• Work with IT teams to ensure data systems are functioning optimally.
• Present findings to management and make recommendations for improvements.
• Monitor data quality and make improvements as necessary.
• Provide analytical support to marketing initiatives and customer insights.
• Mentor junior analysts in data processing and reporting techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field
• Master's degree in Data Science is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a data analysis role

Technical Skills

• R programming
• Power BI

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
• Data Science Professional Certificate from IBM

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
