Major Assembly Inspector

Job Description

We are seeking a Major Assembly Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all major assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Inspect major assemblies for adherence to specifications.
• Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to management.
• Conduct final inspections and sign off on completed assemblies.
• Ensure best practices are followed in quality control.
• Assist in developing quality assurance procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in Quality Control or related fields are a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles preferable.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Experience in composite materials inspection

Advantageous

• Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems: Understanding of quality standards specific to the aerospace sector.
• Experience in composite materials inspection: Familiarity with inspecting advanced materials used in aerospace applications.
